So many people suffer from sleep disorders, from not easily falling to sleep to waking up too often or too early to not being able to relax from worry or anxiety.

What we love about a cannabis is that, if taken properly,  it is non-addictive and should not create a drugged or hung over feeling.

If people have had bad experiences from feeling "too high" this is almost always from an edible. Even experienced smokers can be overwhelmed with ingestables.  It is a powerful medicine so, it happens.... but while potent, it does eventually go away and perhaps most importantly, unlike alcohol, no one has ever died from a cannabis overdose!

That being said, we think everyone deserves a good night sleep so we created this guide:

edibles - slow release and long lasting for an all-night effect.

tea - faster reaction to get you tired and ready to nod.

tinctures - portable and versatile, quick onset, easily regulated.

Edibles are different than other forms of cannabis use. Sometimes they take a little adjusting to get the right dosage .because you are the only you and what you need to sleep is ultimately up to you! Cookies are easy to break into pieces that meet your dosage needs. Your aim for sleep would not be to get "high" so, we always recommend starting with a smaller portion...(no matter how yummy!) Edibles can take up to 1 hour before they take effect. We recommend eating a small portion of a cookie or gummy or other edible, then get ready for bed. The goal is for the edible to take effect after you are in bed and to help you get to sleep (tea or tincture) and stay asleep (an edible) all night long! We want you to wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go! (If you wake groggy, take less; if you woke up in the middle of the night and felt nothing but awake, you might need a little more.)

Our goal and your goal are the same - and easy relaxing night sleep, refreshed and ready to go upon waking. Just like Goldilocks, we want you to feel "just right!"
